These documents govern your use of the Lock N Key Wallet (LNK Wallet) mobile application available on iOS. Please read them carefully before using the app.

IntroductionLock N Key Wallet (“LNK Wallet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use our iOS application. LNK Wallet is designed to help you store private images, credit card information, passwords, and personal notes in a secure environment.By downloading or using LNK Wallet, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.
Information We Collect
1. Information You ProvideLNK Wallet stores only the data you explicitly enter into the app, which may include:
  - Private images and photos
  - Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes
  - Usernames and passwords for external services
  - Personal notes and text entriesThis data is considered highly sensitive and is treated accordingly.
2. Automatically Collected InformationWe may collect limited technical data to maintain app functionality, including:
  - Device type and iOS version
  - App crash reports and diagnostic data (anonymous)
  - Authentication tokens generated by Firebase AuthenticationWe do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location unless you explicitly provide it during account creation.
3. Cloud InfrastructureLNK Wallet uses a dual-server infrastructure to maximize security and data separation:
  - Google Firebase – for user authentication, encrypted text/credential storage, and image fragment storage
  - Apple iCloud – for storage of the complementary image data fragment (see Section 4.2)Firebase may collect certain usage and diagnostic data per Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. How We Use Your InformationWe use the information stored in LNK Wallet solely to:
- Provide and maintain the core functionality of the app
- Authenticate your identity and protect unauthorized access
- Sync your encrypted data across your devices via Firebase
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
We do not use your stored personal data for advertising, analytics profiling, or sale to third parties.
Data Storage and SecurityLNK Wallet employs a multi-layered security architecture designed to protect your most sensitive data. Security measures include:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the app and servers
- Firebase Security Rules restricting read/write access to authenticated users only
- App-level authentication required before accessing any stored data
1. Text and Credential EncryptionAll text-based data — including passwords, credit card information, and personal notes — is encrypted using a proprietary encryption algorithm before being transmitted or stored. The encrypted data is stored on Firebase servers. The encryption is applied at the application level, meaning your data is encrypted before it ever leaves your device.
2. Image Storage ArchitecturePrivate images receive an additional layer of protection through a proprietary split-storage architecture. When you store an image in LNK Wallet:
  - The image is decomposed into raw data components on your device
  - The data is cryptographically split into two separate fragments
  - One fragment is stored on Apple’s iCloud infrastructure
  - The remaining fragment is stored on Firebase serversNeither server holds a complete, reconstructable copy of your image independently. Full image reconstruction requires both fragments and occurs only on your authenticated device. This means that even in the event of a breach on a single server, your images remain protected.While we apply industry-leading security practices, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and device passcode.Important: Do not store data in LNK Wallet that you cannot afford to have compromised in the unlikely event of a security breach. We strongly recommend enabling device-level biometric authentication.
Data Sharing and Third PartiesWe do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except:
- Google Firebase (infrastructure provider) – subject to Google’s data processing agreements
- When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of LNK Wallet, our users, or the public
All third-party service providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
Data Retention and DeletionYour data is retained in Firebase for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time from within the app. Upon account deletion:
- All Firestore documents associated with your account are permanently deleted
- All files stored in Firebase Storage under your account are permanently deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication record is removed
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We recommend exporting any important data before deleting your account.
Children’s PrivacyLNK Wallet is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us immediately.
International UsersLNK Wallet is available worldwide. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where Google Firebase operates data centers. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom: Your data processing is governed by Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.Users in California: You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (which we do not engage in).
Your RightsDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing of your data
- Data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Acceptance of TermsBy downloading, installing, or using Lock N Key Wallet (“LNK Wallet”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.These Terms apply to all users of LNK Wallet worldwide. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of ServiceLNK Wallet is an iOS application that provides a secure, private vault for storing:
- Private images and photographs
- Credit card and payment card information
- Usernames, passwords, and login credentials
- Personal notes and sensitive textThe App uses Firebase for cloud synchronization, authentication, and data storage. You must create an account to use the App’s full features.
EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use LNK Wallet. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Use of the App is void where prohibited by law.
User Account and SecurityYou are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Enabling device-level security (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)
- Logging out or securing the App when not in useYou must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
Acceptable UseYou agree to use LNK Wallet only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- Use the App to store data obtained through illegal means
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use the App to store data belonging to another person without their authorization
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or our servers
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulationsWe reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, code, branding, and materials in LNK Wallet are the exclusive intellectual property of Lock N Key Wallet and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use any trademarks, logos, or branding of LNK Wallet without prior written consent
Data and PrivacyYour use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that:
- You own all data you store in the App
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App’s functionality
- We do not access, read, or monetize the contents of your stored data
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you store in the App
Disclaimer of WarrantiesLNK WALLET IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Data stored in the App will never be lost, corrupted, or compromisedYou assume all risk associated with storing sensitive information in any digital application.
Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOCK N KEY WALLET AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to stored data
- Financial losses arising from stored payment information
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
- Any damages resulting from third-party breaches, including FirebaseOur total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lock N Key Wallet and its developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any data you store in the App that violates applicable law
TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and requesting account deletion through the App’s settings.Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party ServicesLNK Wallet integrates with Google Firebase. Your use of Firebase is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.Links or references to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement by LNK Wallet.
Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in [Your City, Your State].Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized access.
